I have been searching for a battery powered ride on tractor for my son. I've had no luck. If anyone has any information on where to find this type of tractor...please let me know. I've found all types of pedal tractors, but no battery powered. Do they make such a thing? I located a company in England that produces one, but shipping costs more than the tractor itself.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've never heard of one of these, so most likely if they are made they aren't mass marketed. My son has one of those battery-powered Jeeps. I've seen battery powered trucks, cars and motorcycles too.

I wonder if you could take one of those ltitle engines people hook up to their bicycles and hook it up to a pedal tractor? My brother-in-law has a little engine that he charges up in his house, attaches to his bicycle and it will speed his bike down the road for quiet a ways!

They have one in the J C Penny Catalog but the shipping is 40 dollars. My son wants this one but I was trying to find a cheaper shipping rate on one.

Fisher Price makes a Bubble Tractor that is battery powered as well as blows bubbles as the child rides it. This is the only one I've ever seen. The only problem is that it is for small children (ages 12mos.-3 yrs.)
