I intend to restore my pedal tractor, but can't find any others like it. My Dad oredered it by responding to an ad in the Farm Quarterly Magazine, and was given to me in 46,47, or 48. It has belt drive, straight tread tires, and a single front wheel. The engine area is a simple sheet of metal without any engine detailing. The name tractall is the only identification I can find. Is this worth custom fabricating new pedal assemly (I wore them out) and the steering gear (I haven't been able to find them) or would it be just a nastalgia trip for me?

I believe what you have is a Inland Mfg. Corp. Tractall pedal tractor. Totally restored they go for around $400. I am not a pedal tractor collector, but have been looking for one as this was the toy of my youth in the 50's. There is one listed on Ebay right now under item # 1737365567, but look quick as the auction is nearly over. I have not come across the belt drive, only chain driven. Perhaps the older ones used the belt. If you have any info. you can share with me I would appreciate it. Take care. Ernie

Does anyone have a digital photo to send me? I think this is what I have. I received it sometime between 1948 and 1952. My Tractall has a belt drive, single front wheel, and needs work! Thanks.
