The "A" stands for adjustable frnt axel. Yr of manufacture is 1949. They are a fantastic tractor to restore and take to shows or light work but they are a little shy on the Hp.

The pony is a great little tractor, I had one & sold it. Now I wish I had it back. Here in Western NY, I've seen a handful of them around. Mine had hydraulics. I could not find many attachments that bolted up directly for it, but it was great for pulling a wagon , single plow or disk. What type of info are you looking for?

Well, around here (western ny), I've seen them for $700- $2000. $700 for running condition, but not pretty. Up to $2000 for running tractor w/ attachments. They are a handy little tractor, but limited due to size. Continental Engine, so parts can be bought at NAPA.
