kL: You have a rare and wonderful beast. It was only offered for sale in 1941 and 1942 and was regarded as the absolute ultimate tractor at that time. It was tested with and pulled 5 furrow ploughs and 20 foot cultivators on the Prairies where they have to do things in a hurry. In 1940 and 1941 when they were losing farm workers by the thousands to the armed forces, M-H had permission to build these things even when all available production was destined for the war. I'm not sure of my sources but it looks like there were only 342 of them built. Apparently the common complaint with all of them was that the radiator and cooling system was too small, and a lot of them had the hoods pulled off them and a huge radiator was stuck on the front and thereafter you drove standing up to see past the thing. This was also the problem with 201's and 203's. The Chrysler in the 201 and the Continental in the 202 and 203 were originally truck and industrial engines, so when they were loaded to capacity, they got hot. Look after it, I'm sorry I can't help you with pricing, but if you have a real good restoration and it's running well, I think you will be approaching 5 figures. Good Luck.
