I have a-62 MF35 that has positive ground.
I would like to convert it to a negative ground so I can put an ordinary alternator on it to get better charging.
Does anybody have any experiences in this subject.

I have a problem, maybe someone can help me with.
I have a negative ground electrical system on my car and a positive ground radio.
How can I get the radio to work with the negative ground system ?

Just make sure your lights and coil are 12v.

Turn the lights on, or do something to drain your current battery totally dead. Leave them on for a day or so. Then recharge your battery and make your connections, neg-ground, pos-power.

Look in the Article Archives at the left of the page. There are many good articles on the subject.

Your starter doesn't mind which way the current flows, it will turn the same way, either way. Other than the light bulbs, you are removing the old regulator and your new alternator should have an internal regulator (again, some good articles on making that conversion too.)

Good luck.
