I just recently purchased a #10 MF hay baler at an auction. I am in the need of a manual as to the operation of this equipment and the problems that I may have. If any one can tell me as to where I might be able to purchase one, I would be grateful.

Benning Implement at Effingham, IL They have forgot more about these balers than most people know! They are also a Massey dealer. The original question was when were these # 10 balers made?

I have a number 9 hay baler and i was wondering if anyone knows anything about how to use it. What i want to know is how to get it to tie on the right side.

Make sure the surroundin area around the tiers are clean. Losen up the bale the tenson bolts step 1 feed through the needles on the bottom of baler. step 2 make sure all string is out of tieing area figers and ect. step 3 run baler and trip the tiers. step 4 make sure that the fingers are still clean and no twine is stuck in fingers. If all is done right baler should tie. Make sure u grease the knoters with 1 squirt only so u don't reck the seals
