This is how one adjusts the 'clutch pedal', but not the clutch itself. I adjusted the pedal as mine too is at the top. When I adjusted it lower than that, the clutch dragged as when I put it in gear, it lurched forward a bit and then I could not get it back out of gear until I shut it down and let the pressure subside. Then it came back out of gear. I have now put it back to where it was and can use the tractor, however, it seems adjustment of the clutch itself is enivitable. Is there an easy way to do this?? Please help. I am not overly 'mechanical', but with good instructions, I think I can do this.

Thanks guys for helping out a girl learning her way around a British Diesel rig. :o)

The adjustment is really quite easy. There is a turnbuckle under the pedal, just pull the bottom pin, and loosen the locking nut. extend the turnbuckle to adjust properly. usually doesn't take much to adjust it. Good Luck
