I would check fuel pump before I did anything else(and I'm not talking about injector pump on diesel). This would be a cheap fix if this is problem.Good luck!

the diaphram in the fuel-lift pump might have a small hole in it.that could let fuel leak into the oil!

first is this a gas or a diesel??? at one point you said fuel which i take as diesel then you said gas?? if its a diesel your imput shaft seal is bad on the pump so it will leak in to the oil. if it is a gas your carb is leaking at the needle and seat from a bad needle and seat or a float that is set wrong or busted or sunk. hope this helps

I'd have to agree with the carb problem. We've run into a lot of problems like this on auger motors, etc. and a good carb rebuild usually does the trick.

thats what i feel must be in the carb ..but i just dont see how that much fuel could make it all the way up to the intake without a starting problem.this is a gravity flow system so no pump.its got to be in the carb thanks all i will do a rebuild
