It's the F400 series of engines and they were in basically 3 sizes ... 124, 140, and 162 cubic inches. All were the same engine and could bolt up to interchangeable applications. Massey used them on teh 101/102 Junior line, the 20, 22, 30, 81 and 82 tractors plus some of their other stuff like swathers, etc. Case used them in their V series and so did Oliver on their model 44. Lots on Lincoln welders, streetsweepers, and other ag and industrial applications. Very common on some of the Orphans and Oddball tractors like Silverking. Parts are readily available and Wis-Con is now the distributor (although I don't think the flathead is still being made). Pricey parts from a distributor who has parts. Some stuff is available through the aftermarket like ignition stuff, head gaskets, etc.
