Are ther any automible applications that use the same brake shoes as a 1950 Massey 44?

Check with your local NAPA parts store they can usually send shoes off for relining

Thanks for the response. I think this is good solution and will try to find a place to get this done. If I have to I could reline them if I could find linnning or some that was large enough make over. I was told you can by linning in rolls. Thanks

As long as your shoe is still in good shape I would just have it relined.That is what I did with mine and it was a lot cheaper and faster than trying to get brand new.Bruce

If your brake shoes are still in tact, take them to a brake refitter and have them relined. this is cheaper.
