Chris,
Checking at the relief valve, with a 2000 PSI
gage,at the port for the pull behind cylinder.
Run engine to normal hyd. temp, disconnect follow
up linkage, hold control lever until relief valve
opens(buzzing sound). Gage should read 1350-1500
PSI for Hitch-All models, 1200-1275 other Specials
If low, repacing the relief valve cartridge in the
manifold may correct,otherwise, faulty pump.
Good luck.

Pump is bad! disconnected the pump pressure line and Teed in a 3500 psi gauge ,used a steel ball valve in the other side of the tee ,slowly raised the pressure till gauge was closed and only had 500 psi. This was after I went all through the control valve to no avail.the original pump was no good and I bought this one over the internet.Almost disgusted ,if the engine did'nt run so good it'd be scrap by now. thanks for the reply
