I'm not familiar with Masseys, found one in an old fellers yard,he's not much help either, says its a 1948 year but doesen't know the model.
From my limited knowledge of Masseys I'm guessing it is a Model 44.
It has a power lift arrangement on the left rear side near the seat, seems to be activated with a foot pedal on the right side of the seat, not running or I could have figgered this out.Has what appears to be wheel weights on the inside and outside of the rear wheels. Are these standard or would they add to the value of the tractor?
Now to the real question I need help with. The tractor has a single front wheel,is this fairly common? How much would this add to the value of the tractor?
I can pretty much figure out the value of the thing,as is,just didn't know what wheel weights and single front would add.
Any help would appreciated.
BTW,when I go back, where should the ID and serial # be located?

I am not very certain how much wheel weights a re worth. How many are on it?I know suitcase weights which go on fron and rear weight brackets are selling for as much as $55 each here in ohio.wheel weights are probably $75 each depending on size.this is a massey harris 44 ahh.a nice tractor.my uncle has a 44-6 with a narrow front like yours.however, dad has a book on massey tractors and it says that they are ''fairly rare''.I myself have never seen one.
It depends on what kind of condition your 44 is in to how much it is worth.if its in good condition it could be worth like 2500 with wheel weights.im not sure where the serial# and id are on these, but i do know that 44's with single front wheels are not seen often.hope this helps some.
