I read the posts and looked thru the archives. It appears this is not uncommon, but I can't get mine unstuck.I pulled the fill cap, and after inspection, I can't see a way to get on the reverse shift fork to move it. It would seem to want to be moved forward, and I can't get around the 2-3 fork (which is detented in neutral) to get on it with enough leverage to move it (I bent my 14" screwdriver). I pulled the shifter roll pin and pulled up on the shift lever, poked and pried on the fork (I think), no luck. Am I supposed to move the shift fork (which then would move the rail), or a gear? Do I need to get some 1/4" rod and make a "special" tool to reach around the 2-3 fork? Is there a way to access the gear and fork below the 2-3 fork and gear cluster? What exactly was caused by my sloppy shifting (i.e., have I shifted the rail past the detent, or moved a gear to a jammed position)? Since I don't want to pull the steering quite yet, unless you guys can help me figure out what to pry which way, I'm going to drive it around (backwards) for a day until it's fixed or I'm too dizzy to drive. If that doesn't work it's going to have to go away as I've got enough projects that I don't need this. Anyone want to buy an ugly 202 w/ 204 loader, cheap? Say under $3000? Will back it onto your trailer - just make sure you can let it roll off! P
