382 exchange with 242 continental?

Thank you in advance for your help. Can a Continental 242 be (within reason) changed out and replaced with a Continental 382? And, if so, what challenges will we encounter?

Is this a MF 85/90? I believe these are the only tractors that had the 242. I don't believe this is a possible switch, due to the fact the MH 55/555 tractors had a frame that the 382 mounted in. The MF 85/90 tractors used a block & oil pan that was designed to be the frame of the tractor. If someone knows otherwise, please let me know.
