I have an MF-202 which is giving me 3 point hydraulic lift problems. It raises an impliment in a jerky fashion. It raises and lowers ok except for the jerkiness.I've rebuilt the pump which did no good. Operating the lift lever inside the casing independently of the position control lever does no good. it's still jerky. This leave a few things left to try. 1. Replace the pressure relief valve. 2. take apart and examine the operating piston 3. change hydraulic fluid to a mineral oil which is what the manual recomends. I changed it out last summer and put in 80-90 w Farmland oil which is supposed to be good for tractors. Inicidentally at the time I changed oil I also made an adjustment to the position and draft levers. I'm satisfied though that this is not the cause of the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions.
