The 3 point hitch on my 180 got stuck in the up position last week. I figured no problem I could take off the inspection plate down by the trans dipstick and fiddle with the oscillator valve and get it unstuck. Well i couldn't budge it through the little hole so I took off the top cover and got it to move freely. I then put it all back together, being careful to replace the little roller back in between the two arms on the lever. I filled the trans up with fluid and started the tractor and now the arms won't go up at all. I then took the cap assembly off of the standpipe and discovered I am not getting any pressure from the standpipe. Could I have a damaged relief valve? If so how would I check it and do I need to remove the top cover to get to it? Any responses appreciated.

No takers huh!! Well I got it fixed today and mowed 15 acres of hay. Put in a new relief valve on the ferg pump. $19.00 and about 5 hour job.

Have the same problem with my 175 right now. I think it's the stand pipe on mine. I was looking for a place to put new hydraulic fluid in and took off the standpipe cover. The standpipe fell in to the tractor body. I took off the side inspection plate and replaced it in it's spot (I think). The arms don't move. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
