Does anyone know the weight of a MH 101Jr? pressed steel 9 bolt wheels, tires not loaded. I got one in the spring, got it running and took it to a fun pull yesterday. I had 1 set of Oliver rear wheel weights on it and outpulled a farmall H w/2 sets of weights. This is not color bashing as I own 3 farmalls myself. If anyone has weighed theirs and could share that with me I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Well I don't know the weight on a Jr. model but my MH 101 senior is right on 4000 pounds with me on it. It also has the nine bolt pressed wheel without fluid. Also has all the gears and pto but is somewhat filled in places with bondoe. So yours should weigh less.

I've got a chart here comparing the 101 Jr Row Crop with other tractors in that same class. It says the shipping weight was 3085 pounds, that's with 9-36 rear rubber. In 1941, that tractor sold for $920 so they've kept their value well I guess (Ha). Good luck with your project.
