My non-Massey tractor has a plate on the side of the clutch housing for access for adjusting the clearance of the actuating fingers of the 2 stages of the clutch. I have no sevice info for the Massey. Does the Massey have any clutch adjustments possible (other than the pedal engagement point) without splitting the tractor? Any Web site devoted to this service info? Thanks for trying to help me.

The MF240 has a PTO clutch adjustment that is made through the hole in the bottom of the bellhousing. If you have one of the loaders that has the rear mounting bracket covering that hole it will have to be removed before you can access the adjusting bolts. I have a picture showing how to make the adjustment. If you want to email me I will send it to you
