Tacho available from several UK suppliers. Best bet is to look at directory of suppliers on Friends of Ferguson webs site (should be able to pick it up with a search) Don't know if there are US sources but I expect there would be.

To bleed fuel system without lever on pump, you will probably have to crank engine. (any chance lever is just missing?) You open bleed screw (or any thing that will let air out really) on top of each of the fuel filter(s) in turn until fuel flows then tighten. Then open bleed screws on side of injection pump and crank engine again(top one first I think is correct but in my experience it doesn't seem to make much difference as long as you're getting fuel out) Tighten them when fuel flows. Then open fuel unions at injectors slightly and crank till fuel comes out there. (remember to have stop control at "run" position) When you're getting fuel at the injectors you can tighten them up and it should start usually immediately. If you're getting white smoke from the exhaust while cranking the engine is probably getting fuel ok.
