Symptoms: Will operate with nothing on lift arms, other than that, won't lift a thing over 40 pounds. The three point will barely lift an empty boom pole. Any thoughts???? I know that the fluid needs to be changed, as I did discover water after it had been running a while. During the initial dipstick check it seemed OK. Then noticed the milky-ness and stopped for the day. Any ideas will be great.
Thank you so much,
Adam

Have you tried replacing the hydraulic oil filter. Sounds to me like the oil has gummed up & the filter is blocked. It's a cheap & easy fix if its the problem. Not a bad place to start anyways. Godd luck, let us know how you go.

Another test you can do is put something on the PTO first and see if it stops under load. If it does then you probably have the two stage clutch gone out of it. The same shaft that drives the PTO drives the hydraulic pump for the 3 PT and multi-power if you have that.

I would say either your releif on your pump is out of adjustment or your 3 point cylinder is in need of a rebuild or worst case your pump is shot You can check your pressure with a guage on the top of your transmission housing that is where I would start
