I am looking for any information about this 1938 tractor. It is in rough shape and I would appreciate any information and expecially pictures to aid in the restoration process.

Thank You

My grandfather had a 1936 Massey Harris Pacemaker Orchard tractor. I have a son that has taken an interest in tractors and would like to find an orchard to enjoy with him. Do you know where there may be one for sale?

I thought I'd make contact as the model you are restoring is unusual ... I own a Wallis 12-20 Orchard which was the forerunner of your tractor (built in 1930).

How is your restoration going? Is the tractor now complete?

The pacemaker was based on the Wallis design that Massey bought in 1928. A 1938 would be the first "styled" one. An orchard would be a rarity I would think. In 1940 the 201 replaced them.
