Am going to replace the rear oil seal in my MF35 Diesel. Will the oil pan have to be removed or can the seal be replaced once the clutch and flywheel has been removed after the tractor split? (Need Help)

You need to be sure it is the seal & not the rear pan gasket. It is very rare the rear crankshaft seal leaks on those engines but real common for the rear pan gasket to leak on them.

If I remember corectly I replaced the real oil seal on my MF 35 Perkins Diesel. It is a split seal with roap type packing. There is a bolt and stop nut on each side. Removing the clutch and flywhell should give you access. I was doing an engine rebuild.

On the 135 the rear seal is a two piece that can be removed with the oil sump insitu. I'm not 100% certain that the 35 is the same setup.
