DO YA THINK THAT A PERSON MIGHT NEED A DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE A TRACTOR?? POINT IN QUESTION: HAVE A MF35 VERY VERY CLEAN. HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MY DAUGHTER THIS WEEKEND. HAD A BUNCH OF KIDS AND ONE OF THE FATHERS (FRIEND) WANTED TO GIVE A COUPLE OF KIDS A RIDE ON THE TRACTOR. (I HAD BEEN DOING IT OFF AND ON ALL DAY). WELL I ASKED IF HE KNEW HOW TO DRIVE A TRACTOR. HE SAID THAT HE USES HIS AUNTS ALL THE TIME ON HER FARM..... WELL LETS SEE....HE RETURNED AND SAID SORRY ABOUT YOUR TRACTOR, I HIT A TREE. WELL LONG STORY SHORT HE WAS CUTTING THROUGH THE WOODS ON SOME PATHS THAT I HAD CUT TO MY DEER STANDS AND CAUGHT THE LEFT TIRE ON A TREE, THEN HIT THE LEFT BRAKE, TRACTOR SPUN TO LEFT, AND TREE WEDGED BETWEEN THE LEFT FENDER AND FRAME. I WENT OUT LATER AND FOUND THE TREE AND HE MADE A COMPLETE 180 BEFORE HE GOT IT SHUT DOWN. THANK GOD NOBODY GOT HURT!!!!! !! THE DAMAGE TO THE TRACTOR IS BENT LEFT FENDER, BENT THE BRAKE ROD IN FRONT OF THE LEFT AXLE, AND CHEWED THE TIRE UP PRETTY GOOD... ANY BODY ELSE HAVE A STORY??? P.S THE TREE WILL LIVE. MAYBE. THE BARK GOT CHEWED UP PRETTY GOOD. WELL ON THE BRIGHT SIDE. IT WILL BE FIRE WOOD.
