I've been doing a lot of bush hogging with my MF50 and the thorns are getting the best of my new front tires :(

I have tubed tires and am considering this Slim stuff as a last resort.

Anyone tried this stuff with tubed tires?

Thanks in advance,
Bill

I have never used "slime" for that purpose, but I have had my front tires filled with foam that hardened. Never another flat, but I didn't have any tire flexing either which gave it a rough ride. I was doing lots of brush cleanup, and sticks were a problem for me. I got this done at my local Les Schwab tire center...

Use it all the time. Recommend you take the tires off and take to tire repair shop. Have them patch all the holes, remove all the thorns sticking through to the inside, and then put sealant in for you. I always get them to put one pint above the amount in the charts. Works great.

Just a follow-up. I put Slime in my front tires, one as a preventive and in the other because it continues to go flat and it worked!

Thanks,
Bill
