Were any type of auxilary hydraulics available for the MF 135? If so, what were they and how were they mounted, how much flow, etc.

Also were these factory or aftermarket?

Thanks in advance,
Bill

Hi Bill

My MF-135 has factory auxiliary hydraulic system

It consist of a pump mounted over the 3 point hyd pump (piggyback) in the transmission housing.
The oil lines connexions (pressure & return)
are on the left side cover which carry the PTO shifter. This system has is own control valves and
is completely independant of the 3 point lift system and may be operated simultaneously.

Some are confused between expression
romote hydraulic system which operates from the
3 PT pump and auxiliary hydraulic system which is
totaly independant and it's operation have no
effect on 3 pt system.

On my 135 the aux hyd pump is double the 2nd part
is for independant PTO and Multi-Power.

Hey Bill,

The factory aux hydraulics were an option. An adapter plate was mounted on the front of the lift pump that drove the internal aux pump. I believe this is very expensive to add plus you have to split the tractor.

There is an adapter valve that can be mounted on top of the housing in front and to the right of the seat. This diverts the flow from the lift pump to aux hydraulics. Trouble is it's an either or valve. When your using the aux, you can't use the 3pt. It also only providers about 4 gpm. Make a loader real slow, but plenty of power.

Hope this helps

We had a 135 with the divertor valve on a loader and it wasn't too bad for speed although it wasn't as fast as a modern loader would be. Rams were only about 2 inch diameter. Bigger rams would be slower.
