What you have is a 1944 101jr. I also have one my ser. # is 500125. The JRB stands for "JR" of course and the "B" stands for low gear in fourth gear. Just like mine your 101jr came out on steel wheels. That is why it is stamped "B". Now if it didnot come out on steel wheels it will be stamped "JRE". "E" meaning high road gear in fourth gear. I hope this helps you, if you have any more questions on the 101jr just e-mail me and we can talk some more. I have 3 101jrs, 2 101 supers, 1 101sr, and 4 101s for parts.

BMC, very few tractors were built in 1944. All the mfg. were building war materials, and civillians had very little money. alvin
