I'm looking to buy a MF 510 combine, Where is the best place to get parts. Also, it has a 327cu in gas engine, was this factory?

Before you buy, check the seperator clutch and countershaft assembly. They are not fun to fix if they have a problem. The whole combine including the traction drive runs from the countershaft. If it needs a clutch and or bearings, then you could be in for a treat. The seperator clutch should snap in and not slide in.

The 510 diesel is a normally aspirated 354 Perkins.

some of them had this engine, my neighbor use to have one the diesel was better

The early 510's had the 327, later ones the 350 industrial. the're fine but like gas. As to parts Agco still has lots as there is a lot in common with 550 series. Wreckers usually have a good supply too. They're a decent combine and the adjustable cyl speed and concave right from the platform is nice. If it has a cab they're hot things as the engine is right beside you blowing hot air on the right side of the cab.
