MF 65 Diesel- engine and pump questions

I have a 65 with the 192 diesel I rebuilt a couple of years back. Great tractor. Have a couple of questions. AT max rpm, the engine breaks up a bit. Changed the fuel filters, cleaned the air filter, still does it. Dirty injectors, maybe? Don't hear tappet noise, so I think the valves are set OK.
Other question. I converted an old ground drive manure spreader to hydraulic drive with a Ross high torque, low rpm motor. Works great with light loads (50 bushels maybe), but the 4.5 gpm internal tractor hydraulics just don't cut it with a full 100 bushel load. I researched the site, and apparently front mounted pumps and steering hardware are like hen's teeth, and seems PTO pumps are a pain if you need to use a bush hog, baler or haybine, and I got 'em all. I'm thinking about going with the Prince 11 gpm pump and using the trans as the reservoir. Is there an extended PTO shaft you can install so you can run a pump and all the implements?
