I've been driving MF tractors all my life. Recenty I had a chance to drive an MF180 and something struck me as odd.

The lift handle for the 3 point seemed backwards. On every other Massey I've previously driven, you pulled the handle up and towards the rear of the tractor to raise the 3 point.

But on the MF 180 I recently drove, it was backwards. Pushing the handle down and forwards lifted the 3 point.

There are about 10 Mf tractors that I drive on a fairly regular basis. It sure is hard to kee stuff straight when one of them has something like that backwards. I'm too old to adapt quickly to stuff like that. (-:

Was that normal on the 180? Or is there something wierd with this one?
