I have a 1969 or 70 massey MF-135. It has been put up for over a year. The only way that it will start is to pour a small amount of oil down into the engine via the air intake manifold. It will start, run for about 30 minutes then stop. It can be restarted with a little more oil. Acts like it loses compression. Ther are no leaks in the fuel system and it has been primed all the way up to the injectors. When it is trying to start it blow white smoke out of the tailpipe and the oil overflow coming out of the front of the engine is blowing an extreme amount of oil. Also, the there is enogh pressure in the oil pan to blow the dipstick out about half way.

Thanks,Wayne for the info. It looks as if I am going to have to tear the engine down and examine the pistons and rings according to what I have learned from you. Looks like overhaul time.
