Larger tire size on 245?

I have 14.9-24 tires on my 245 and would like to know what other sizes were available on that tractor. I would like something taller. It's nice having something that wide, but I have very little ground clearance, (I get hung up easy when plowing out a dead furrow). I thought about looking into some rims & tires off of a 150 or 165. Anyone know if the bolt pattern is the same or have any other suggestions or recommendations. Thanks.

Brian you should be able to get 16.9x24 tires on that rim. You may have to make some adjustments to the rim and center positioning so that your tires wouldn"t rub the fenders. Which type of rims do you have?

I have the type with the dished centers, not the power shift rims. I think I might look into getting a set of used centers for the 28" power shift rims, and then buying some wider aftermarket wheels. I have the flat top fenders with plenty of room for larger tires, (about a 12" gap from top of tire to bottom of fender right now).

The hole pattern for the MF245 is the same a the regular MF50 & the MF150 and almost any of the MF tractors with durm style brakes The MF 165 is different as is any of the tractors with disc brakes.
