135 six speed mh,,,freewheels in all gears,,,,whats the problem ?

It will free wheel in 'LOW' multi-power. If it does it in 'HIGH' than the multi-power is not enaged or the unit is broke. It could be that the linkage is disconnected or needs adjusting at the bellhouse area. Some people disconnect the linkage so if it has a leak it doesn't leak if they're going to sell it.

You should have engine braking when in high multipower but not in low. ( A bit of a pain I know)It should say on the multipower switch "Shift to high for engine braking". By the way you cannot tow-start a multipower tractor.

That's normal in multipower in one of its two ranges. It doesn't freewheel in the other range. unless the multipower is broken.
