I have a 1960 MF 35 with external hydraulic double spool valve set-up mounted directly in front of seat, it has two handles, each with red knob. It is not a MF part (# 677219) but another unknown brand with numbers G(or C)05-14968 on top of unit. Also stamped on top of "Lift NO.1, Drop NO.1, Lift NO.2, Drop NO.2" which identify valves & ports for attaching hydrualic lines. Any info greatly appreciated as I need parts.

Bruce, I just got my MF135 back from the shop (after four months). I took it to this guy to fix a hydraulic problem I had after I took the two handle spool valve apart to replace some o-rings in order to stop on oil leak out the front of one of the spools. Turned out to be a bad spool valve, I guess I broke it taking it apart. I think I pushed one of the cylinders out the wrong end. Be very careful on disassembly. Anyway, I'll find out where my guy got this replacement valve maybe you can contact them for replacement parts. My guy had to get a used valve because I don't think they make new ones anymore. I'll send you the info when I get it. Otis

The valve assembly I have is NOT what the parts manual shows (#677219). I emailed two pics to a retired MF mechanic who has a web site and he recognized my valve as being a MF supplied part but didn't know of any part numbers or manufacturer. Do you think your mechanic would recognize it? I can send two pics but can't figure out this system used here. we'd have to email directly back & forth. Any help greatly appreciated.
