For TE20 only with Continel engine. If you don't have to be exactly like Harry built it, My TE20, the starter was shot, the ring gear had teeth out, and the clutch was getting bad. I couldn't have much luck finding parts, and was told to expect to pay more then the tractor was worth if I did find them. Stopped at a bone yard in southern Minn while on a trip. Old timeer there told me to find a TO20 that was being wrecked, and buy the flywheel, clutch disk, pressure plate and Delco starter. He didn't have them but later I found them in Iowa. It was a bolt up job, went smoothly, and now the tractor starts just fine. No more hand cranking or pull starting to use it. I sometimes spray with a sprayer with 12 volt electric pump, so I use a alternator and 12 volt battery. I understand that the newer 12 volt starters off like a MF35 or MF65 with Contential engine will bolt right on it also.

Charles

I believe I have a new drive for a TE20 lucas starter. The drive has several parts to it and appears to be held onto the armature with a fine thread nut. Massey part #835915M1.
