Friend has a tractor for sell, he said it was either a Massey Harris 22 or more likely a colt,
the plate with a serial number left of tractor
in front of trans. has been long gone. I am
unfamiliar with these tractors but it appears to
be a good size for my one row planter - it has
3pt. hyd but no PTO - Continental engine I did
recognize.. three speed trans with reverse.. Any
assistance appreciated - Allen Rhinehart

As far as tractors being easy to work on, if you get into each and every make and model enough times you find all the short cuts and methods to make the job easy. The key is to have an open mind and listen to someone else whether they are slightly inexperienced or 85 years old. When it comes to junk they are all junk or mechanics would not be working. One man can get 15000 hours out of one model that the next man would reach 1000 hours on the same thing and have it destroyed. My 2 cents worth.
