Need Massey 245 Loader Capacity on 285 Tractor

WE have a Massey Ferguson 285 that we're selling and people have been asking about the lift capacity for the Massey 245 Front End loader on there. Does anyone have a manual . I tried calling my Massey parts dept. but they didn't know. If anyone has a manual with this info in it or the breakout capacity, etc. I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi,
You might find the following useful. The figures are based on our UK tractors but should be broadly similar. Figures quoted in the 1977 MF pocket booklet are for MF 500 series trctors (60-75 HP) fitted with an MF 80 loader which incidentally was made in Cardiff, in Wales.
Lift cap to full height at tool pivot 3039lb
Breakaway cap at cutting edge of bucket 3350lb
Carrying cap at 3 feet 3350lb
Lift heights will vary but typically;
Clearance under dumped bucket at full height 121 ins
Reach at full height 18.5 ins
Digging depth below ground level 10.25ins Hope this helps
