What years were the 65 made? Is there somewhere that I can get the year of the tractor via ser #? I"m selling the tractor and everyone has asked the year. Any reports as to what is a reasonable price to expect? It"s rough, but runs well. Plenty of power with the perkins engine.

Around here, I"d guess it to sell around $2,500 to $4,000, depending on the condition.

A lot depends on the area. A ways south of here near St. Louis, everyone with 2 acres thinks they need a tractor, and they have big bucks to spend on them.

But go a ways north, and the farmers just don"t want to pay much for something that old.

So ask around locally, and see what other stuff is selling for.

Check the "Serial Numbers" link along the left side of the page. Price would depend on options and condition. Most average ones bring at least $2000. Items that would increase value would be power steering and multipower.

Thank you for being so gracious in your reply. If I had just taken the time to look a bit more on the site, I"d have found the links.
