TO20 WITH ABOVE PROBLEM - REPLACED CARBERATOR,VOLTAGE REG, SPARK PLUGS, GAS LINE STALLS IF I LET OFF ON THE CHOKE OR THROTLE BUT RUNS OK IF I LEAVE THE CHOKE FULL OUT OR PARTIAL THROTLE

Could be sucking air between the carb and engine....1st choice is gasket between carb and engine....second is manifold to engine gasket.

Run the engine and spray some chem tool or starting fluid around those gaskets....if she picks up you have a gasket leaking.

Otherwise it is lean mixture...not enough fuel in the fuel air ratio. Drop bowl off carb (engine off of course), float should fall down on it's own, and see that a good amound of gas runs out on the ground. If it just dribbles, you haven't found your obstruction and it could be the screen in the tank.
