My 202 PTO will engage and spin with the tractor running without my bruch hog attatched, but with the implement on the shaft I cannot engage it. I have to engage it with the engine off, then I have to start it with the implement attached. What"s up?

Hi Billy That sounds like the Internal PTO clutch adjustment needs to be made it is made up through the hole in the bottom of the transmission bellhousing. I have a picture with instructions on it on how to make that adjustment if you would like to have it send me and email address to send it to.
