Seal around PTO shaft

Somewhere on here, I read that there is a seal that will slide over the rear PTO shaft and seal without taking the old seal out. This appeared to be a very simple procedure that will stop the leaking of hydraulic fluid from around the PTO shaft. Did I read that right and can anyone tell me where to get the seal or what it is called?

I replaced the PTO seal on my MF165. It's not that hard to do. Drain the hydraulic fluid and remove the pto retainer and put a punch into the hole in the shaft and pull out the shaft, the seal is a large 'O' ring. Reinstall the shaft and replace the hydraulic fluid.
