I"ve got a gas powered to 30 that doesn"t want to start. Tractor has been converted to 12 v by previous owner.
Battery has a charge, I hooked the tractor to my pickup (left truck running) to ensure proper voltage.

Nothing, not even a click!

Maybe a neutral safety switch issue, not sure where that switch would be to check that. Gas tank is full, no issues there.

Thanks for all the help.

It is under the Dash area. Held on with 2 bolts if I remember right. Not realy a safety switch but a safety starter button opperated by the Start Posision on the shift lever. That way you can't turn over the engine unless it is out of gear. It could be un hooked or not shoving it far enought. You can jumper the studs on it going to the starter and battry for a test but make sure it is out of gear first!!!! Mark H.
