I've got a buddy that wants to trade me a 202 with a loader on it.It has some real problems .The engine was overhauled and now has oil in the antifreeze. My question is are the 134 cu contenental engines prone to cracking between the cylinders like the older massey engines? Also the power steering quit. It worked when the oil was cold then would give up when the oil warmed up now it doesn't work at all. Also the 3pt is getting weak would these two things be related? Thanks for enduring the long winded post Chuck Kaufman

The Z134 is not as prone to crack as the Z129 engine is but you find one now and then. If you have oil in the antifreeze that is usually caused by a head gasket leaking. when the block is cracked you get antifreeze in the oil. The steering is probably caused by the power steering pump being worn out but it could be cylinder piston seals bad. The three point problem is probably caused by the pump needing to be rebuilt that is usually what causes that problem.

sounds like bad seals for your hydraulics. when teh fluid is cold it runs thicker but when the pump warms up the fluid it runs thinner than the seals no longer hold.
