My 165 will run for about 45 minutes and then quit again. I rebleed the lines and it will start up, but it always has more air in it. I cannot see a leak in any line or injector or at the pump. DOes anyone have any idea where to look next for a air leak. Its a four cylinder perkins diesel, gravity flow system.

I had a similar problem years ago. It was caused by a cracked diaphragm in the transfer pump. I couldn't see the crack until I held the diaphragm up to the sun.

What causes that problem is the Injection pump starving for fuel. That can be caused by a restriction in the lines or tank valve. The filters being dirty or the transfer pump on the right side of the engine.
