My 135 has developed a runability problem. when it started it would start running bad when it was hot. If I pull the choke out just a little it will smooth out. Now it wants the choke to be out about a 1/4 of the way all the time. If I push it in it will spit and sputter and lose power. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem and wondered if you found any solutions. Any help appreciated.

sounds like a fuel starvation problem. filter is stopped up or carb needs rebuilt. check that you are getting good flow to the carb first. the good news is this is a minor repair problem

Also look for a vacum leak that can lean out the engine and will respond to chokeing the carb.
