Hi, do you ever see UK versions of the MF 165, 175, 185, or 168, 178 or 188 in the US or Canada.
Has anyone seen the UK MF 65 with the 212 engine in the US or Canada ?

How about the MF 1100, is that a common tractor to still find in the US or Canada ?

I have seen 3 178 Masseys and 1 65 with the European sheet metal around here. Have never seen a 168, 188 or a 165 with the 212 diesel. 1100s are fairly common.

Growing up we had a 165 that was supposedly european was a different color gray and the red faded to pink instead of orange. Had no power steering, the pedals were oriented differently and it had a hand parking brake under the seat the fenders had angled ends instead of flat top. The rear tires were an odd size, 16.9x32 or 28. Only tires that would fit were skidder tires. It was hard to find certain parts for it and I don't remember the engine size, but it was different then the north american 165. I do remember when we traded it in. It had 5000 original hours on it and dynoed 70hp. It was a beast of a little tractor.

Bill I have heard from people with some of those tractor over here looking for parts and other help for them. The only one I have seen is the MF178 we had one of them we use as a yard tractor at the dealership back in the 1980 for a while.
