Greetings from Australia.
I recently purchased a "Grey" Massey Ferguson tractor and need help identifing it. I have found the following numbers:
- lefthand side steering column 8537P OR B537P.
- lefthand side under seat 8508 E or F OR 8808 E or F.
- righthand side under seat 2DA8392.
There are other numbers on the tractor but they appear to be part number (2 digit dash followed by another digit). There is an engine number S152920 E or F. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated (even where to locate the serial number). I will add some photos as well.
Thanks
Brett

Hi Brett

It is probably a TEA-2080
With Standard engine (Standard Engine Co England)
Tractor manufactured in Coventry England

There are two caps on fuel tank
one for gas and other for kerozene or parafine ??

Have a good day

There should be a plate just above the steering column on the dash that has the tractor serial number on it. If you can get that, you can find out the model and year in the Research and Info section on the left side of this page. The other numbers are casting numbers. The engine number maybe helpful if someone has a list of engine numbers. Maybe John(UK) has them. he will probably post on your request. Good Luck!
