Don't overlook an MF20. (It's a 135 industrial) Might find one that's being parted out. My nephew likes his.

Hi,
First of all you would have to get the correct unit for your tractor depending whether it is a straight or swept axle. PAS units do tend to loose a lot of efficiency if you have wear present. This can be in the ball joints but is normally in the drop arms on the steering box. You may not have that type fitted. (MF UK) used to provide a new steering box to alleviate this problem. Maybe before spending a lot of money check the condition and lubrication of your ,axle pivot pin and bush/es, king pins and king pin thrust bearings. Also any excess play in the steering column. Any one of these could be making you work harder than you need to.
