Is my crank undercut?

My MF65 G176 Connecting rods are marked std which I assume to mean standard. My mains are not marked in any discernable fashion. The numer 1 main is marked MA 7353 and 78S8 on the opposite side. The number 2 or thrust bearing is marked MA 8858 and 237V8 on the opposite. Are these standard bearings?

My second question is what to do with the crank. The bearings are in perfect order with only slight scuffing into the lead layer and the crank is perfect. Should it be cleaned/polished anyway? Price is a definite concern as I already have 3K in a 2K tractor.

Third question for those that are still following this...

My flywheel has small ears that go around the clutch basket. In the process of removal, two ears were chipped. The chip have a total weight of around .25 oz. Is this a problem? Can my machine shop repair this? I have the pieces. What to do? Thanks in Advance Aaron
