picked up a massy 1130 this summer but the problem with it is that there is no hydrolics that work. pulled out that little button on the center of the pannal by the seat but still nothing works. only that works is that it drives and engine starts right up.

just wondering if anyone has worked on a thing like this and could possibly have info on where else to start.

thanks

Charge pump in the rear. Ours worked until the oil warmed up, then quit. I dropped the fluid out and cleaned the screen, changed the front filter, checked the radial pump on the nose of the crankshaft, then determined the charge pump failed. Steering and brakes worked for 3-5 minutes, no 3 point, and no multi power. Charge pump is around 700 bucks.

If you have steering and brakes, then the charging and main pumps are working. There is a prioriy valve that provides pressure to these vital functions first. It could be stuck, blocking flow to other fuctions. There is also an oscilator shoe that runs on the PTC clutch housing. If that sitcks, the 3 point won't work but I believe the remotes will.

Try getting an operators, parts and service manual. They have diagnostic questions in them that (mainly the operators manual) to help you troubleshoot most issues.

I forgot to mention that the hydrolics only work for about the first minute when engine is started. Could the problem be with that button by the seat on the floor?

The button must be DOWN for the hydraulics to work. If you have a cab and a dirty floor dirt will work the button up as you step on the ring used to pull it up.

Good luck

If no steering, brakes, hydraulics it is possible a coupler that connects the shafts from the flywheel to the pto shaft. There are two of them. One at each point where the tractor can be broken in half. I bought a 1150 with the same problem and had to replace a stripped coupler.
