Putting my AD4-203 back together, cant find the torque spec for front crank pulley bolt. It had been running loose due to hyd pump drive plate bolted to it. Thanks for you info. Chris

When I put mine back on, it was the reverse of removal - big socket on a breaker bar, whack it with a 4x4 about 30" long...not sure what that equals in ft./lbs. I don't have my owners manual handy...sorry.

My manual says to install the crankshaft pulley and secure it with it's setscrew and washer. I do not have this engine so I cannot comment on the accuracy or provide insight. Aaron

I would think to put it as tight as you can [within reason] with the proper socket size and no cheater. Big Dean would know how tight to put it. I'm not sure if it's good to put locktite on it or not. I know most shops turn the engine with the bolt when setting valves etc.. Dave
